BookmarkTV is provided by Bumpfiends / Creative Business. It helps people revisit X bookmarks in Firefox and, only when they deliberately connect the hosted service, search and discuss authorized bookmarks through ChatGPT or Codex.

Information we process

The Firefox extension maintains its local index in Firefox storage. The hosted connection may process your X account identifier, username, OAuth tokens, bookmarked post text, author information, post dates, post URLs, and synchronization status required to provide BookmarkTV tools.

How access works

BookmarkTV requests user-approved, read-only X access. It does not post, like, repost, follow, reply, delete, or send messages on X. We use connected data only to perform BookmarkTV synchronization, search, retrieval, and status requests initiated through the product.

Storage and service providers

The hosted connection runs on Cloudflare. OAuth state and authorization records may be stored in Cloudflare KV, while a user's synchronized BookmarkTV state may be stored in Cloudflare Durable Objects. Cloudflare may process technical and security logs needed to operate the service. Information sent to ChatGPT or Codex is also processed under the policies and account settings of OpenAI.

Retention and your choices

You may revoke BookmarkTV from your X connected-app settings and disconnect it from ChatGPT or Codex. Revocation prevents future synchronization. To request deletion of hosted BookmarkTV data, email privacy@bumpfiends.com from the address associated with your request. We may ask for limited verification before deleting account-linked records.

Exports and local data

When you export a BookmarkTV index, the downloaded file is under your control. You decide whether to keep, delete, or provide it to ChatGPT, Codex, or another service. Removing the Firefox extension may not remove files you previously downloaded.

Security, children, and changes

We use HTTPS, scoped OAuth authorization, and short-lived authorization-state validation. No online service can guarantee absolute security. BookmarkTV is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the product changes and will publish the new effective date here.
